The Easter lunch menu includes an almond crusted shrimp with grilled pineapple and mango sauce. The shrimp goes well with a glass of Au Bon Climant, Chardonnay Santa Barbara County, 2005. Or order pork loin stuffed with chorizo pesto. Try the pork with a glass of Hope Shiraz Western Australian The Ripper, 2004. Fleming's exceptional prime rib, served with a trio of sauces, marries well with St. Supery, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2000. Each entrée includes your choice of the wedge, Fleming’s or Caesar salad, one side dish and dessert.
At 4:30 p.m. Fleming's traditional dinner begins, which includes their famous prime deal featured every Sunday -- a prime rib dinner for just $33.
