H&M ARRIVES IN OC
H&M hearts OC ... big-time. The popular Swedish apparel company H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) opens a trio of Orange County stores tomorrow and Friday at South Coast Plaza and the Irvine Spectrum.
H&M’s collections offer a look for everyone that's accessibly priced, even its latest M by Madonna line is affordable -- the kimono dress just $69.90, and a leather weekend bag $129. Spring fashion trends at H&M are influenced from favorite styles of the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Key looks include dresses, pencil skirts, blouses, and knits.
The first 200 customers to each H&M store will receive a complimentary H&M T-shirt, as well as gift cards worth up to $300.
At South Coast Plaza, H&M opens two stores tomorrow. The larger store in the Crate & Barrel/Macy’s Home Store wing carries apparel for women, men, teen boys and girls, and children. The second location (in the future Bloomingdale's Wing) offers ladies concepts and accessories.
At the Irvine Spectrum, H&M opens with a store featuring apparel for women, men and teen girls.

TACO TUESDAY FOR CHARITY
Twenty of Orange County's most creative chefs (from restaurants such as Antonello, Sutra, Kantina and Roy's) join together in friendly competition to create the best taco at Share Our Selves' 14th annual Wild & Crazy Taco Night, April 19th at its facility in Costa Mesa.
