If you're tired of traipsing around town like a walking billboard in designer logos, check out the new Blankstyle at The CAMP in Costa Mesa.
Blankstyle takes a fresh look at men's and women's fashions. No logos, initials and visible labels. The store roots are as an internet retailer that supplied companies with fashionable blank apparel on which to stamp their own logos.
The owners -- a trio of OC locals, Luke Kupersmith, Jared Fisher and Brad Johnson -- soon realized that demand high for their logoless apparel and decided to open Blankstyle.
They carry an assortment of vintage soft T-shirts, dresses, denim, hoodies, tanks, yoga pants, and accessories from popular brand names such as American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Gorrin Headwear, Harveys, J-Fold Wallets, Melting Pot, J Brand and Salt Works Jeans.
Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Blankstyle is at the CAMP (near Native Foods), 2937 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. 714.549.0774
