We're thrilled to discover Patti Bakes for custom-made desserts based in Seal Beach. Owner and baker Patti Larson specializes in made-to-order cheesecakes, and decadent desserts.
Patti started her business two years ago and her mouthwatering desserts receive rave reviews. But you can't pick up the phone and have something sinfully sweet delivered right this minute, which is a good thing.
"This isn't a factory cheesecake," Patty says. "Your order is prepared from scratch, please allow at least 24-48 hours for delivery."
She prepares each dessert with high quality ingredients at a commercial bakery and then delivers them fresh from the kitchen to your door.
Whether you're craving a traditional New York-style or something more indulgent, such as a fudge truffle cheesecake or a dozen mocha frosted brownies, Patti can bake it for you. She even offers suggestions on flavors or favorite sweets. She also bakes killer chocolate chip cookies, and gluten-free cheesecakes in any flavor!
Patti Bakes comes in handy for birthdays, showers, weddings, graduations, retirements, and when you just don't feel like baking.
Prices vary by size, with cheesecake pricing starting at $30 for an 8-inch cheesecake, and $35 for the standard 9-inch. All orders include free delivery to you or to your choice of local destination. 562.756.2621.
