YOUR BAKERY IS A WONDERLAND
The fairy-tale inspired Wonderland Bakery at the Bluffs Shopping Center in Newport Beach proudly celebrates the opening of its first holiday store, Wonderland Bakery Adventure, Thursday at South Coast Plaza.
Owned by a mother and daughter team, Sondra and Chef Allyson Ames, the second location also marks Allyson's 22nd birthday and the launch of the Wonderland Adventure Collection of whimsical merchandise. The star of the collection is a talking and animated Allyson Wonderland Bear by Gund.
The exclusive collection also includes a porcelain tea set by Department 56; tea party aprons designed to match the Allyson Wonderland Bear (for both kids and adults); Haute Tasty Fashion that features fun, whimsical clothing with a sweet edge for kids and kids-at-heart; and the Cupcake Bake Set with recipes to encourage kids to cook.
For the grand opening, Wonderland is holding two fabulous drawings: $250 gift certificates for the flagship and South Coast Plaza location. People can come into either store to enter. The drawing winners will be announced Nov. 16.
