GET A MASTER'S IN OENOLOGY!
We're all about continuing education, especially when it comes to oenology.
And ENO, an upscale wine tasting room at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niquel, offers interactive classes for wine enthusiasts.
Sign up for an ENO-versity class and you'll meet renowned winemakers who join the ENO staff for an exploration of pairing wine, cheese and chocolates.
ENO's sommelier, Kevin Anderson, and resident cheesemonger, Jason Truckenmiller, will educate and assist guests with their cheese and wine pairings. Guests can also ask questions and interact with invited winemakers.
Here's the upcoming line-up: Saturday, Stan and Joan Boyd, Boyd Family Vineyard; April 26, Ken Deis, Flora Springs Winery & Vineyard; May 3, Alison Green Doran, Levendi Winery; and June 21, John Priest, Etude Winery.
ENO-versity classes -- which are super fun and informative -- take place in the ENO tasting room, from 3 to 4 p.m. and cost $60 per person. Space is limited so reserve a spot at the Ritz-Carlton reservation desk at 949.240.5008.
ENO also sells wines, gourmet cheese, handcrafted chocolates, accessories and art.
