Park Prive, the exclusive events venue for Patina, hosts a special luncheon to benefit children affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa Sunday that you won't want to miss.

The Tias Arms' 7th Annual Celebration from noon to 5 p.m. includes an exotic lunch by Patina, live entertainment by a steel drum band, and a silent and live auction.

Tias Arms is an incredible non-profit organization that provides a dignified, nurturing, and compassionate environment for orphaned or abandoned children affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa. They also provide a hospice environment to comfort these children in their final stages of life.

Auction items are super exciting: international art, one week in a Swiss Alps ski chalet, one week in a French country cottage, a sailing excursion out of Long Beach and a date with a very eligible bachelor (a young, anesthesiologist from Hoag Hospital -- who promises he won't put you to sleep).

Other activities include a African head-wrap demonstration and children's activity tables.

General admission $15; lunch adults $60 and children $15. Lunch tickets include the price of admission and guarantee seating. Park Prive at 1570 Scenic Ave. in Costa Mesa.
