SELF-SERVE TUTTI FRUTTI!
Tutti Frutti is a refreshing frozen sweet shop that recently opened on Balboa Island that has everyone talking.
It specializes in self-serve frozen yogurt, as well as smoothies and Hawaiian shaved ice. Tutti Frutti offers a dozen yogurt flavors: coconut, death by chocolate, peanut butter, mango, grapefruit, Big Kahuna coffee and green tea. The 30 toppings are self-serve, too.
The shaved ice comes in 10 flavors that include root beer, bubble gum, pina colada, banana, watermelon and grape.
