BACCARAT BUZZ
The gorgeous Baccarat boutique that recently opened at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa created a buzz in the design world with its partnering with world famous designer Philippe Starck.
The first Starck-designed Baccarat boutique in the United States beautifully showcases the French luxury company’s home decor, jewelry, crystal giftware, lighting and watches.
The showroom features sophisticated Baccarat-designed furniture, an imposing mirror with wall sconces and crystal display windows adjacent to a long, lighted table with a crystal base. Fiber optic lighting on the ceiling, tables and jewelry cases gives the illusion of the products lighted from within.
Philippe Stark also designed a hot Baccarat collection, including the Darkside chandelier, black crystal goblet, Harcourt Glass, Zenith black two-light wall sconce, and vases. Another must-have is the Scarabee jewelry collection.
