Luscious Lip Enhancers by Velana K
Velana K gloss formula is unique. It is packed with vitamins A and C and contains a golden seaweed mixture which moisturizes and protects against
photo aging. The marine based filling spheres are infused throughout the gloss, promoting collagen production. Shea butter also helps protect against dehydration and other climatic influences.

Thanksgiving is just days away, but it’s not too late to special order a turkey at Celestino’s Meats, an old-fashioned butcher shop in Eastside Costa Mesa. It’s taking orders on Diestel range-grown turkeys and even offers a holiday menu for every side dish you ever dreamed of. And it opens early today (8 a.m.), Tuesday (7 a.m.) and Wednesday (7 a.m.).
Celestino’s offers exceptional service and high-grade beef in choice and occasionally even prime grade. It also sells high quality veal, pork, lamb, poultry and fish. For convenience, some meats are pre-marinated and ready to grill. There are Maui-style baseball steaks, Cajun beef kabobs and pollo or carne asada.
Since it opened 36 years ago, Celestino’s has offered savings on meat prices by breaking its own beef and separating meat into cuts. This in-store process allows Celestino’s to keep costs down. Celestino’s prices are usually $3 less per pound than similar shops.
Celestinos’s also prepares frozen meals to go. Find lasagna, meatballs, twice-baked potatoes, enchiladas, and sauces, including hollandaise, Bearnaise, peppercorn and veal, chicken, and beef stocks. Celestino’s also offers 32 varieties of handmade sausages from English-style Banger sausage, turkey cranberry, to chicken bratwurst; and handmade gourmet beef or turkey jerky. They carry Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses free of by-products, cereals fillers, artificial flavors and colors.
Celestino’s even takes special orders on exotic meats: kangaroo, buffalo steaks, pheasant, duck and more.
Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Sunday.
270 E. 17th St. in Costa Mesa. 949.642-7191.
