Five Crowns Presents Silver Oak & Twomey Wine Dinner


Five Crowns presents an evening to sip and savor at the highly anticipated Silver Oak & Twomey Wine Dinner on Friday, Nov. 9 from 6-9 p.m. The evening’s festivities begin with a cocktail reception followed by an indulgent five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Alejandra Padilla. Each plate will be expertly paired with renowned varietals from Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars.

The reception starts with a Five Crowns Specialty Cocktail and Roasted Grapes & Goat Cheese Crostino, as well as Salmon Tartare & Truffle Chips.

The five-course dinner starts with Oyster with jicama, cilantro, passion fruit mignonette. Paired with 2017 Twomey Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Risotto with soft egg, wild mushrooms, crispy brussels sprout, and bacon. Paired with 2016 Twomey Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.

The main course is Beef Wellington with bone marrow bordelaise, sautéed spinach, and pomme puree. Paired with 2013 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Enjoy Seasonal Cheeses paired with 2013 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The dessert offerings include Honey Comb, Nuts, and Fruits, paired with 2014 Twomey Soda Canyon Ranch Merlot.

The wine dinner and pairings cost $175 per person (includes tax and gratuity).
