National Sandwich Day at Slapfish For Save the Brave

10.30.19

Slapfish founder and executive chef, Andrew Gruel is a sandwich junkie, and one of his mouthwatering sandwiches is a great idea on National Sandwich Day. You can enjoy his delicious Clobster Grilled Cheese, a Melting Mix of Lobster, Crab and a Creamy Herb Sauce, knowing that all the sales of every Clobster at all SoCal Slapfish locations on Sunday, November 3 will be donated to Save The Brave, a non-profit organization which connects veterans through outreach programs.

You can try one at Slapfish, a fast-casual award-winning food truck turned brick and mortar modern seafood concept with 23 locations across the country, and its flagship in Huntington Beach. You can also enjoy Street Tacos, New England Clam Chowder, Shrimp Ceviche, Lobster Taquitos, Shrimp Roll, Shrimp Burrito, Fish and Chips, Lobster Toast, Surf and Turf Burger, Crispy Ultimate Fish, Lobster Grinder, Grilled Fish and much more.

Save the Brave (STB) is a certified, one hundred percent, a nonprofit organization devoted to providing camaraderie and stress management programs. STB is committed to establishing connectivity of the mind, body, and spirit by creating solid support networks that are entirely accessible to all Veterans in need.  Though diverse outreach programs and financial assistance, STB provides a safe and comfortable space for Veterans to connect with each other, share stories, struggles, and accomplishments to heal the wounds that go largely unseen.
