This is completely new to me, but if you follow Oprah and Dr. Oz you already know about INFRA-Revolution. And, an Infrared Sauna Spa featuring the Infra technology just opened in Corona del Mar. Sweet Sweat Spa claims to burn up to 700 calories per session. You can test it out yourself—introductory sessions are offered for only $20.
