Celebrity Bowling Tournament for Autism Support
01.20.15
You can help raise much needed funds for families impacted by autism at Eddie Guardado’s 4th annual Stars and Strikes celebrity bowling tournament and fundraiser on Sunday, January 25 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Bowlmor Lanes at Anaheim Garden Walk.
The net proceeds generated by this star-studded event presented by the Eddie Guardado Foundation along with ACT Today! will be used to provide direct support and assistance to families who do not have the means to provide the necessary treatment, therapy and tools for their children impacted by autism.
“We are blessed to have our families, friends, MLB Community and all the sponsors come out every year for Stars and Strikes to make this such a successful event,” Former All-Star MLB pitcher, Eddie Guardado, who will soon be the bullpen coach for the Minnesota Twins says. "As parents of a child with autism, my wife and I know first-hand the expense and resources required to provide the necessary treatments and tools to help that child be successful.”
This year’s Stars & Strikes looks to be even bigger and better than ever before with more than 120 bowlers, over 30 celebrity athletes, actors and actresses, and live and silent auctions.
