Valentine’s Weekend at The Ranch

Executive chef and certified sommelier, Michael Rossi at the award-winning Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu, as well as Valentine’s Day weekend three-course menu on Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13.

The Valentine's Day menu starts with an amuse bouche of Maine lobster cocktail with avocado, piquillo peppers and yellow corn. For the first course, select from three choices: Scarlet Beet Ravioli, Japanese Hiramasa or Hudson Valley Foie Gras.

For the second course, choose either the Anjou Pear and Gorgonzola Salad or Dungeness Crab and Champagne Bisque. For the main course, select from a Mediterranean Branzino, Stone Valley Farm Berkshire Pork Loin or a land and sea duo of Prime Black Angus Ribeye Medallion and Wild-Caught Jumbo Carabineros prawn.

Finishing with dessert, pastry chef of the year, David Rossi is featuring a República del Cacao Chocolate Panna Cotta with Passion Fruit & Raspberry; or Tres Leches Cake or a Meyer Lemon Tart. $95/person not including tax or gratuity. 

During Valentine’s Day weekend on Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13, indulge in a three course menu. Starting with the amuse bouche of Maine Lobster Cocktail with Avocado, Piquillo Peppers and Yellow Corn. Next, the Scarlet Beet Ravioli for the first course, followed by the main course of Prime Black Angus Ribeye Medallion. Cherry on the top is the dessert, the Republica Del Cacao Chocolate Panna Cotta. $75/person not including tax or gratuity.
