Don’t Let Fashion Go To Waste at H&M

09.08.15

On a recent shopping trip to H&M at South Coast Plaza, we learned about their  "Close the Loop"  campaign that just launched and global garment collection initiative that not only benefits the environment, it benefits your pocketbook. You can bring bags of unwanted clothes—no matter the brand or condition—and receive a 15% discount voucher off your next purchase.

The clothes are taken to a processing plant, where they're sorted and graded into three categories: Rewear: clothing that is in good condition and can be used again is distributed worldwide as second-hand goods. Reuse: items that are too worn and torn to wear will be converted into other products. And Recycle--textiles that cannot be reworn or reused are given a new chance as textile fibers. This way, your old clothes can be transformed into new garments.

Recycle your clothes at H&M and they’ll give them new life.

H&M hast two locations at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa; Westfield MainPlace in Santa Ana; Block at Orange in Orange; Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine; Shops at Mission Viejo in Mission Viejo; Brea Mall in Brea.
