ARC is bringing back a house favorite classic cocktail for spring – the “Pimms Cup”. This herbaceous cocktail keeps things light and refreshing with a ribbon of cucumber to bring visual whimsey. With notes of lemon, ginger, and of course, cucumber, this drink is as revitalizing as cocktails can be. Pimm’s #1 is a gin-based digestif that is mid-proof alcohol, making this drink perfect for sunshine or a Southern California sunset.
Spring is in the air and Portola Coffee Roasters at The OC Mix is bringing seasonal hues to life with their new Spring Menu. This menu was crafted to evoke all your favorite memories of spring with blossoming flowers, the buzzing of bees, and the bold butterfly pea flower. From the Rose Orgeat Latte with house-made Orgeat, rose, espresso, milk and topped with rose petals to the Jasmine Butterfly Milk Tea with house-made jasmine syrup, butterfly pea flower cold brew tea, and milk, you won’t want to miss out on these mouthwatering beverages.
Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails Easter Feast is here. From a full feast, to a la carte items, mimosas & cocktails, Greenleaf has everything you need for the perfect Easter celebration. Each feast includes an entrée, salad, side, biscuits, and dessert! Pre-order your feast by Friday, March 26 with a minimum $75 food purchase and received a free mimosa kit, with Benvolio Prosecco. All orders must be placed by 3:00 pm Thursday, April 1.
