Get ready for spring and Easter at Memphis Café in Costa Mesa and Memphis at the Santora in Santa Ana’s arts district.

April No Fool’s Cocktails

Both Memphis locations are introducing a new specialty cocktail each month. For April, enjoy the Bulleit Bourbon & Ginger Ale for $6 or the Bulleit Bourbon Manhattan for $8.

Easter Sunday at Memphis

Executive Chef Diego Velasco has created a delectable Easter Sunday menu with offerings that include house made lamb sausage with Tuscan kale, potato hash, poached eggs and a blistered grape tomato sauce. Or, how about a wild mushroom and goat cheese omelet with black truffle butter alongside sweet potato and bacon fritters. Served from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., the Easter brunch at Memphis also features two-for-one Bloody Mary’s and bottomless mimosas. A special children’s menu is also available. Memphis Café is also open for dinner on Easter serving the regular house dinner menu from 5-9:30p.m.

On Apr. 17 from 2-5 p.m., Memphis is one of the sponsors for the 2011 Wine Extraordinaire . Held at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel and organized by the Orange County Wine Society, Wine Extraordinaire presents a special scholarship fundraiser for students in food and wine programs. Memphis’ Executive Chef Diego Velasco will be onsite showcasing Memphis menu samplings and boutique wine pairings. The event is ticketed and open to the public.
