Bistango Reopens Dine-In
06.25.20
The Ghoukassian family’s Bistango Restaurant in Irvine (sister to Bayside in Newport Beach) has reopened for dine-in and al fresco service, as well as takeout. Using their beautiful open-air outdoor patio as a bastion for relaxed dining by a serene bubbling fountain, @Bistango_Irvine is a great spot for a safe meal, with ample physical space.
You can choose from soups/salads, appetizers, pizzas/pasta, and entrees. Favorites from the menu Gazpacho with chilled tomato soup, cucumber, avocado, and olive oi; Ahi Tuna Tartare with cucumber, radish, avocado, scallions, vegetable chips, and chili vinaigrette. Entrees include Oven-Roasted Chilean Seabass with exotic mushroom risotto, sautéed asparagus, and grape reduction; Tamarind-Chili Glazed Ora King Salmon with thyme-garlic crispy potatoes, sautéed broccolini, lemon caper butter sauce. And, Pan-Roasted New Zealand Lamb Chops with garlic mashed potatoes, heirloom baby carrots, pearl onions, and port wine reduction.
LIVE MUSIC is also back at Bistango, Thursday through Saturday evenings, giving a place for local musicians to do what they do best. They are thrilled they can be supporting these artists, as well as the artists who have painted and sculpted the museum-quality pieces throughout the restaurant.
