11.03.17

Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen is raising the bar on Sunday brunch at their new location at The Market Place in Irvine. A popular feature at the original Brea Downtown location, the champagne brunch is now available every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., offering live Latin music, signature dishes, bottomless mimosas and award-winning margaritas in a lively atmosphere.

Standouts on the brunch menu include the braised short rib chilaquiles with lightly fried corn tortillas, sauteed with red and green bell peppers, white onion, pasillas garlic and sour cream, covered in cheese and topped with 2 poached eggs and tomatillo sauce; carne asada con huevos, with marinated skirt steak grilled and sliced over a bed of Yukon gold potatoes, poblano peppers, achiote onions and topped with one fried eggs; crab and shrimp enchiladas with roasted salsa rice; and huevos rancheros with two farm-fresh eggs, corn tortillas, black beans and savory chipotle and tomatillo sauces topped with cotija cheese. These dishes can be enjoyed a la carte or guests can take advantage of the 3-course special, featuring a choice of two appetizers and one entree for $24. The Latin-inspired restaurant also offers guests the option to enjoy bottomless real-fruit champagne mimosas for $10, made with freshly squeezed juices including mango and orange and hibiscus, with housemade syrup.

Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen also offers award-winning margaritas that starts with 100% Blue Agave Tequilas, from iconic and boutique brands, to guarantee the highest quality.

With seating options on the open air patio, the expansive indoor and outdoor bar or the inviting dining room which features floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that provide plenty of natural light, Cha Cha’s provides the perfect space to spend a Sunday afternoon. Wooden and marble countertops, handcrafted light fixtures, and a glass-enclosed exhibition kitchen give guests all the comforts of home with unique elements of modern Latin culture.

The new look at the Irvine location was created by renowned interior designer, Thomas Schoos, responsible for some of the country’s most successful hospitality ventures including restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs such as Herringbone, Morimoto, Koi, Tao Night Clubs in New York and Las Vegas, Broadstone Corsair, and Eclat Hotel.

Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen is at 13126 Jamboree Road in Irvine.
