Wear to Where: Brunello Cucinelli at South Coast Plaza

11.02.11

Thursday, Nov. 3rd, Brunello Cucinelli celebrates the opening of its premier Orange County location at South Coast Plaza.

From purveyors of cashmere sweaters in 1978, Cucinelli’s vision has evolved into a full lifestyle luxury brand which celebrates clothing and accessories that are clean, simple, chic and elegant. Fall of 2011 finds inspiration from Ireland with a mix of fur, plaids and knits...a juxtapose of slouch and tailored.

Brunello Cucinelli has maintained a balance of luxury, dignity and humanity from the helm of his Solomeo headquarters, a 14th century Umbrian hamlet. The company employees 436 of the 500 residents in Solomeo and generously reinvests twenty percent of company proceeds towards the restoration and renovation of the village.
Cucinelli stated, “We are grateful for the opportunity of expanding our lifestyle and philosophy to this prestigious new area. California possesses a unique energy not common in many places.  It’s current, modern and the perfect locale for the Brunello Cucinelli customer”.

In true humanistic spirit, to celebrate the opening, Brunello Cucinelli will host a charitable weekend of shopping on Thursday, Nov. 3, through Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, donating 10% of in-store sales to benefit the Camino Health Center.
