I’m not so sure how I’ve missed this in year’s past ... big mistake! Hi-Time Wine Cellars is having its annual whiskey tasting Saturday 4 to 10 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Costa Mesa. Who knew there was even 100 whiskeys in existence, but Hi-Time is pouring them, with appetizers. Just $50 per person.
