On Saturday, the resort is going Caribbean with a pool bash featuring a live steel drum band, dishes like jerked pork shoulder and a shaved ice station for the kids. On Sunday, the pool becomes super hip with a poolside DJ playing top hits, balloon animals, face painting, cotton candy, a by-the-foot hot dog station and summertime favorites such as smoked beef brisket.
